- Once the item has entered the processing stage, cancellations will not be permitted.
- Customers can request cancellations by contacting our customer support team via the Jopi mobile app, website, or helpline number.
- Refunds for canceled orders will be processed according to our refund policy.
- Jopi reserves the right to cancel orders in exceptional circumstances, and customers will be notified of such cancellations.
